This was by far one of the hardest jobs we have ever done. The amount of ground water running out of this mountain was ridiculous! We spent days cutting in drainage swales and installing culverts in order to dry it up enough so we would have workable dirt. The dozers looked like they had been in a mud bog by the time we were through! It was a fight to the finish but we prevailed and the track came out awesome. In these pictures the track is about 90% complete, it still needs to be tilled and smoothed out. Basically all of the dozer work is done. Come on out for practice July 10th from 10AM-3PM for the opening weekend.
Swain Mountain MX NY-This is a dream job for a track builder! We have free reign over this entire mountain to build a motocross heaven. We just started the job this week, so stay tuned for finished product photos and some video. Can’t wait to ride this thing!! The first open practice is scheduled for July 10th.

These are a bunch of pictures from all different SX tracks we have built from Texas to New York.
For 2010, RPM Sports called on OTC to be the official track builder for the Lake Whitney National. We had limited time to make track changes due to the weather leading into the event, but we were still able to do some minor things to slow the track down a little. This place was built years ago when bikes didn’t have 55 horsepower out of the box. With that in mind, we made every effort to slow things down as much as we could with the time we had. We had the track looking mint until the day before everything was going to start, when we got hammered with 2+ inches of rain!!! Oh well, at least it looked good when most people arrived, and they could see what we are capable of…
We met Bass in Mississippi while building a track for Patrick Chaney. We soon realized he would not be forgotten. Every time we went back to Chaney’s he would show up with this Z-50 (which he later upgraded to a 1985 XR 100) and be ready for anything. I figured I could show him some love for all the crazy antics he pulled on that beast! Johnny Bass wherever you are this ones for you!! Thanks P Chaney for the Vids.
